Directions to Genesis Centre, Alfreton
Genesis Family Entertainment Centre is located in Alfreton and is very straightforward to find. It is less than 20 miles from the major East Midlands cities and towns of Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield and Chesterfield.
Genesis Car Parking
Amber Valley Borough Council has suddenly changed their polices on the use of the car park at Alfreton Leisure Centre.
This change has been done without any notice to Genesis, currently making it very difficult for customers to park to use the centre.
Currently, conference delegates may park in the car park at the back of Genesis in the bays at the rear of the car park (near the tress) and access Genesis through the Family Entertainment Centre (via a gap half way down the trees). This is subject to change at any time, depending on the outcome of the parking situation with the council.
Alternative Parking
When the Genesis rows of bays are full, further parking is available at Alfreton Hall to conference users, only a few hundred yards from the centre.
From the Genesis Front Car park, please turn left out of the blue gates. At the traffic lights ,turn left and straight on for Alferton Hall.
From the Rear Car Park, turn left at the exit and follow the road around.
