Can candidates use their own devices to take the BACP Certificate of Proficiency at the centre? (Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling – BACP Approved Practitioner Qualification)

Candidates can use their own devices but there are some minimum system requirements listed here:

A laptop or computer running Windows 7+ or Mac OS 10.8+ (it isn't possible to take on a tablet or mobile phone)
Intel Core i3 (or equivalent) and 4GB RAM
Good continuous internet speed of 516kbps or higher
We also recommend a screen size of at least 13" and a resolution of 1024 x 768

Generally, the above are standard as part of most operating systems though.

However, there is a preference to use equipment in the centres where this is available.
